Old buildings are blank canvases. Let's put them to work for Jeff City.

Meanwhile, untapped opportunities are bubbling at the surface of Jefferson City. Artists need places to show their work and meet other people. Business owners need spaces to get their start. Visitors to Jeff City need things to do. Why can't we connect those dots?

Four Quarters Art House is a business (LLC) driven by a vision: A cycle of community healing, where old and unused buildings get facelifts, artists contribute paintings and sculpture to the interior, and small businesses move in to make their own visions thrive.

With its flagship house as a Bed & Breakfast, FQAH earns money from sources outside the community — dollars that otherwise would never have been put into local charities.

We need people from all four quarters to succeed.

Artists make space beautiful, interesting and provocative. They also have some of the most innovative ideas on how to engage and empower their communities.

We work for a purpose: to help youth who are homeless get connected to the resources they need to thrive. We share profits with organizations doing just that.

We not only partner with businesses to renovate houses. Our buildings also provide space for new business owners to test out their visions in a safe environment.

Four Quarters Art House is a project for the community, by the community. We invite everyone to buy into the project through multiple giving levels.

We are renovating the Bed & Breakfast. Other projects are on the horizon.
